Our congregation has shared its space with community organizations and events for over 50 years.

Sanctuary

Sanctuary $120 per hour Minimum 2 hours

Additional Charge for use of the paino $40 (flat rate)

This space is available for music, concerts and religious services only

Additional overflow seating in the Choir Loft 40* * may not enjoy optimum sound reception from existing sound system configuration, but most will find it adequate for their needs.


Upper Hall ( with Full Kitchen)

Upper Hall with Full Kitchen $70 per hour Minimum 2 hours

Accommodating up to 86 people, wheel-chair accessible: 9M x 9.5M Includes full use of kitchen: includes dishes, cutlery, fridge, stove, microwave,and sterilizer.

Note: No dishwasher--dishes must be washed prior to sterilizer

Includes 5 x 1M diameter round tables, 24 large rectangular tables, and plenty of chairs TV, VCR, and screen rental available


UPPER HALL (Use of Kitchen for Coffee Prep only)

Upper Hall (Use of Kitchen for coffee prep only) $50 per hour Minimum 2 hours

Accommodating up to 86 people, wheel-chair accessible: 9M x 9.5M (includes cups, cutlery, coffee urn, fridge, and sterilizer.)

Note: No dishwasher--cups must be washed prior to sterilizer

Includes 5 x 1M diameter round tables, 24 large rectangular tables, and plenty of chairs. TV, VCR, and screen rental available.

Upper Hall (Kitchen Only) $50 per hour Minimum 2 hours

Lower Hall

Lower Hall $50 per hour Minimum 2 hours 11 M x 10M, accommodating up to 95 people, wheelchair accessible by elevator (Includes tables, chairs, adjoining kitchenette 5Mx3.5M, urns, cups, spoons, microwave) (Renters are expected to hand wash cups in the adjoining kitchenette)


Board Room

Board Room $30 per hour Minimum 2 hours 3.4M x 7M, Large oval board table, 10 chairs, flip chart, whiteboard, and bulletin board


Additional charges:

Sanctuary sound system & technician $50 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

Upper Hall sound system (projector, screen, microphone, and sound system), tutorial & set up $50

Set up and take down by LUC staff (optional) $50 per hour

Custodial service $60 per hour

Deposit to confirm rental $50 (balance due 1 month prior)

Please note: * Rates include use of common areas including parking, access hallways, & washrooms.

* Rates include ½ hour for renters to set up and ½ hour for renters to return the room to original condition, including sweeping floors and removing garbage to the outside dumpster.

*If staff time is required to return the room to original condition, the renter will be charged $50.

* Renters will be required to pay any security company charges arising from building use after 11 pm or from improper lock-up. 

* Renters will be charged for damage to the property.
