Space use and rental information

Our congregation has shared its space with scouting, guiding, and other community organizations and events for over 50 years.

Upper Hall                $40 per hour               Minimum 2 hours          (non-profit $30)      

Accommodating up to 123 people, wheel-chair accessible: 9 x 9.5 Meters           
Includes Kitchen for coffee prep. only
(Cups, urns, spoons & sterilizer – Note: No dishwasher—cups must be washed prior to sterilizer)

(includes 5  x 1Meter diameter round tables, 24 large rectangular tables, plenty of chairs, TV, VCR, screen)

 

                                                    

Upper Hall with Full Kitchen      $60 per hour Minimum 2 hours (non-profit $45)

Accommodating up to 86 people, wheel-chair accessible: 9M x 9.5M    
(Including full use of kitchen: includes dishes, cutlery, fridge, stove, microwave, sterilizer.

Note: No dishwasher--dishes must be washed prior to sterilizer)

Upper Hall (Kitchen Only)               $50 per hour               Minimum 2 hours          (non-profit $40)

Lower Hall               $30 per hour            Minimum 2 hours  (non-profit $20)

11M  x 10M, accommodating up to 95 people, wheel-chair accessible by elevator             
(Includes tables, chairs, adjoining kitchenette 5M x 3.5M, urns, cups, spoons, microwave)
(Renters are expected to hand wash cups in the adjoining kitchenette)

 

 

 

 

 

Board Room                     $15 per hour           Minimum 2 hours (non-profit $10)

3.4M x 7M, Large oval board table, 10 chairs, flip chart, white board, bulletin board 

 

 

 

 

 

Choir Room                        $15 per hour             Minimum 2 hours (non-profit $10)

18 ft. x 33 ft., with 1 two-meter round table, 6 chairs (more available)

Group Meeting Room         $15 per hour        Minimum 2 hours (non-profit $10)

5 x 5.2M, 18 chairs, TV, DVD player

 

 

 

 

 

Sanctuary                             $100 per hour                    Minimum 2 hours                  

This space is available for music, concerts & religious services only.

 

 

 

 

 

Additional charges:

Sanctuary sound system & technician

$50 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

Set up and take down by LUC staff (optional)

$50 per hour

Custodial service (optional)

$50 per hour

Deposit to confirm rental

$50 (balance due 1 month prior)

Please note:

* Rates include use of common areas including parking, access hallways, & washrooms.

* Rates include ½ hour for renters to set up and ½ hour for renters to return the room to original condition, including sweeping floors and removing garbage to the outside dumpster.

*If staff time is required to return the room to original condition, the renter will be charged $50.

* Renters will be required to pay any security company charges arising from building use
after 11 pm or from improper lock-up. 

* Renters will be charged for damage to the property. 

* No alcohol is permitted in Lakeview United Church.
